Returns and Refunds Policy
Customised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty. This includes items
made to order or altered specifically for the customer.
For non-customised items, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To be
eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their
original condition and packaging.
Returns will only be processed if the item shows no signs of wear or use and is
returned with all original documentation and packaging.
